Founders

At the heart of Bridging Strategies are its founders, Greg Baldeo, PhD/DSL, SHRM, CCMP, and Dawnette Baldeo, MBA, SHRM-SCP, CPHR, with a team of experts who bring additional depth and specialized knowledge.

Greg Baldeo is a strategist, business consultant, change management expert, educator, and author with over 20 years of experience leading at the highest levels across education, nonprofits, churches, government and corporate environments in the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. With a doctorate in Organizational Strategic Leadership, he has served as a superintendent of schools, university professor, senior pastor, and business consultant. Dr. Baldeo is recognized for his ability to simplify complex challenges, align cross-generational teams, design strategies that produce measurable results, and motivate and energize people to action.

Dawnette Baldeo, MBA, SHRM-SCP, CPHR, serves as Chief Operating Officer of Bridging Strategies. With extensive experience as a Chief Human Resources executive, she brings expertise in globalization, systems alignment, and organizational development. Her leadership ensures that vision is translated into action, strategies are sustainable, and organizations have the structures they need to grow. Dawnette is known for her ability to create order out of complexity, build high-performing teams, and provide steady leadership through change.

Together, Greg and Dawnette believe that when individuals understand strategy as a life skill, organizations excel, because workers who think strategically don’t just follow a plan, they know how to live it out. This belief shapes every engagement, equipping people at all levels to align with purpose and drive meaningful results.
